From dynamic warm-ups with agility drills between cones and stretching exercises to push-ups that build a strong foundation, physical preparation is taken seriously. On the court, the action doesn’t stop:

• Serve and Volley: High repetition to sharpen technique and power.
• Reflexes: Balls bouncing off the net to train quick reactions and instant decisions.

The summer clinic is dedicated to junior, youth, and amateur tennis players, whether at a competitive or recreational level, and is part of the innovation program implemented by the academy in its first phase of expansion. “We already have highly sought-after and well-structured intensive training groups, and Gringo’s arrival will certainly bring an extra boost of motivation,” says Renan Silva Oliveira, coach and owner of RTA.

The Summer Camp is divided by age groups and their corresponding balls (ages 4 to 10), beginner juniors (up to 14 years old), and high-performance juniors (up to 18 years old). The schedule includes two training sessions per day, lunch, and physical conditioning.
